Beginner Level

Shorter days on feet of 2-4hrs, day running packs, support-assisted, typically has a learning component. Some trail running experience an asset. Must have some 10km/half marathon road and trail experience.

Intermediate Level

Moderately long days on feet covering 10-15km of single track and/or mountain terrain, day running packs, support assisted. Should have some previous trail running experience with days or races lasting 30km+. Must have some exposure to running technical single track trails.

Advanced Level

Long days on feet, covering 20+km/day of rugged and/or mountain terrain, may involve carrying own gear (fast-pack style). Ultra distance (50km+) experience required or similar.
